Demonstration of basic physical self-defense techniques. Techniques include holds, clothing searches, handcuffing, and escorting. Exercises and simulations for dangerous situations where participants can practice the techniques.
Scenario exercises with the TI Recon 180 simulator, which help participants learn to make quick and effective decisions in extreme stress situations.
